General Ben, I apologize, but the reasoning should be the opposite. Ukraine, supported by more than 40 countries and 70% of the world's GDP, is still unable to remove the sanctioned Russian forces from its territory.
There have been so many blunders and enthusiastic speeches from many leaders, but they were nothing more than propaganda.
The organizational model of NATO you presided years go, needs reforms.
Regarding Ukraine’s supposed victory, it can be called a defensive victory, but if every outcome is a defeat, then it is meaningless.
If someone invades my house and occupies the kitchen, but I prevent them from taking over the rest of the house, and they end up living in my kitchen, I have been defeated — obviously, and it doesn’t matter what you say.
And this isn’t a defeat for Ukraine, but for the western. No weapons, no victories.
Wait wait wait…you mean that after 11 years and with every advantage, this pink part on the map is all of Ukraine which Russia controls? Over a million casualties? Well….seems Ukraine really does have cards…a bunch of ‘em.
