A Britain built for all.
This is why COP30 matters.
My government is delivering the biggest boost to social housing in a generation. We’re backing the mayors and councils who know their communities best, to build homes for families who need them the most.
I’m championing the interests of British people at COP30. Here, I’ll set out the economic opportunities of net zero: delivering energy security, lowering bills, creating good jobs, and firing up our industrial heartlands.
Every child should have the opportunity to develop passions that enrich their lives and learn skills needed for a successful career. The curriculum will reflect this: raising standards in subjects like Maths and English, whilst recognising the importance of creative subjects. That's how we build a Britain for all.
The Hillsborough Law will be a legacy of justice, change and national renewal for the 97.
Thank you to the police, first responders, and to the heroic driver and staff on the Doncaster to London train this weekend. It was a shocking incident. But there is no doubt that the collective action of these brave people saved countless lives.

After last night’s horrific attack, my thoughts today are with the victims, their friends and family. My deepest thanks go to the British Transport Police, Cambridgeshire Police, Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service and the East of England Ambulance Service. They responded rapidly, with the utmost professionalism and saved lives. I would also like to pay tribute to the exceptional bravery of staff and passengers on the train. We now know this attack is not being treated as terrorism, and that two British-born, British nationals have been arrested. The investigation is ongoing, and I am receiving regular updates from the police.
The appalling incident on a train near Huntingdon is deeply concerning. My thoughts are with all those affected, and my thanks go to the emergency services for their response. Anyone in the area should follow the advice of the police.
We’re choosing renewal over decline. Unity over division. Unlocking the potential of everyone in every part of the UK.
Patriotism isn’t just something you feel, it's something you do. Taking pride in our communities. Renewing our nation. Building Britain up, not talking it down.
This is what a patriot looks like.
Action not words. This week we have: Secured 20,000 jobs across our country through our deal with Türkiye. Strengthened renters’ rights through Awaab’s Law. Increased support for 6 million households by extending the Warm Home Discount. Carried out the largest crackdown on illegal workers in British history. That's national renewal.
I’ve just secured a landmark agreement with Vietnam to ramp up the returns process of illegal migrants. I mean it when I say: if you come here illegally, you will be swiftly returned.
Renewal means handing power back to people with skin in the game - people who know what their communities need most.
While Reform are focused on talking down our country, this Labour government is getting on with the mission of national renewal.
The Tories broke the economy. This Labour government is fixing it.
We have carried out the largest crackdown on illegal workers in British history.

Last week’s blunder should never have happened – and I share the public’s anger that it did. I would like to thank the police for rapidly bringing Mr Kebatu into custody and the public for their vigilance. I have pulled every lever to deport Mr Kebatu and remove him off British soil. I am pleased to confirm this vile child sex offender has been deported. Our streets are safer because of it. If you come to this country and commit crimes, we will remove you.
Yesterday, we secured a deal with Türkiye that delivers more jobs for our country. Today, I met with some of the workers who will benefit from it. We are backing British talent with British jobs.
Securing 20,000 British jobs. Boosting our defence. Strengthening our security. That’s what our deal with Türkiye means for Britain.
The Tories left our schools unsafe and crumbling. We've taken action to remove RAAC from classrooms, with 62 schools and colleges already fixed. Today, we've set out the timeline for complete removal. Promise made, promise delivered.
