My union has protected me from my abusive managers and schedulers who try to make everyone work 70+ hours a week, and they keep the company I work for in check and make sure they're following the Labor laws and USERRA since we hire lots of veterans and reservists.

I worked for a business this year that had a union. I was a salaried manager so I was not eligible for the union. All I can say is union is good for the hardworking employees. But most SUCK and rely on the union to protect them and help them just collect a check. Complete BS
