U.S. District Court Judge Jamel Semper (Biden appointed) has indefinitely delayed Rep. LaMonica McIver’s (D-NJ) assault trial and is considering tossing the case entirely.
Fox & Friends: “A grand jury indicted McIver in June for her alleged role in a clash with law enforcement outside an ICE detention facility in Newark back in May.”
“The congresswoman was charged with three counts of forcibly impeding and interfering with law enforcement officers. She has since pleaded not guilty. No new court date has been set.”
