Recent reports are stating that Somaliland is now ready to have the talk as two states [North east stateand Somaliland state) Recent protests in Hargeisa and burco, where civilians rallied against crippling food shortages amid financial crisis and displacement, and failed peace talks in Ceerigabo have amplified the urgency of this talks The international community and Hassan sheikh welcomed the the peace commitee Firdhiye appointed last night as these talks will unlock humanitarian, reopen borders and both sides can come to agreement on releasing some of the prisoners if Somaliland meets the conditions of Northerneast state.
