I finally made it (no added sugar diet)
I only ate biscuits once last week.
So far, I have been on more fruits, proteins and vegetables.
I will drop my pen here for now.

Day 20 ✍️
I feel much better.
I broke the fast twice last week by licking ice-cream and eating a cake.
I knew what I was doing this time 😂
But I am still on the fast and have introduced peaches, avocados and bananas to meals.
My jaw is finally appearing 😍
My face looks nice.
