Dr Xowi Mwimbi was jailed for punching a patient in the face for no valid reason. Hernando Puno, a healthcare worker, was convicted of FIVE counts of sexual assault. A victim reported him assaulting her in 2014 but it was not taken seriously and it took another 9 years before he was tried. Dr Aloaye Foy-Yamah was banned for 12 months after the GMC found he raped a female colleague. He will be practicing again from March 2026. Meanwhile the r*p* and murder of Valerie Kneale goes unsolved. She was in the stroke unit following a minor stroke, when she was so brutally assaulted that she died of her internal bleeding.
