Your advice is invaluable! Many people do not realize that through food we introduce a number of substances into our bodies, some of which can bring inflammation. Improving health through a healthy diet is easy and inexpensive and should be recommended to everyone!

Yes it can be. Keep making healthy lifestyle choices. This is a situation where supplementation (with your doc's approval) can be powerful. Anti-inflammatory diet, exercise, hydration, meditation (yes!) are all excellent choices.
