I would count it.
Of the 6 cities I've been to in that list, I legitimately at least got out of my car and walked around within the city limits. Except Orlando. It was a trip to Disney World. We stayed in Kissimmee, right next to Orlando. But I tend to wanna count it.
In that vicinity is a town called Altamonte Springs. It was where I saw the closest thing to a legitimate *hill* in all of Florida. I thought for a moment that I was back home!

St. Augustine (where I lived)
Allandale
Cypress Gardens (which is gone now)
All laid out RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!! Old Spanish architecture. Terracotta tiled roofs. The old fort on the right. Flagler University more or less straight ahead. A real sight to see.
