Tariffs are not trade deals you moron. EV deals with Europe, Griphon deal with Europe to build them here. Trade agreement during ASEAN to have all imports go through Vancouver instead of LA. Now we're talking with China for the first time in 8 years. We can block rare earth trade to the US, seeing as we already have a $3.1 billion deal with Greenland for theirs.
