I don't like BBM, but why are you blaming him? It got worst during Duterte's administration. BBM enlightened the public for blatant corruption. Duterte enabled all the thievery that happened under his incompetent governance.
Not a fan of the Marcos, but corruption is already rampant way back that we can imagine. Yes this time is one of the worst, flood control projects didn't built 24/7 if we will ask for accountability we should start where it all began. VOTE wisely next time🫵
Most of these things are roed out from 2016. I mean, sire, maybe BBM is accountable but the practice of relinquishing transparency control is a Duterte legacy.
