The Holy Quran 1400 years ago described that as follows:
"And certainly did We create man from an extract of clay. Then We made him a sperm-drop in a firm lodging. Then We created the sperm-drop into an embryo clinging [to the wall of the uterus]. Then We made the embryo into a lump of flesh, and We made [from] the lump, bones, and We covered the bones with flesh; then We developed him into another creation. So blessed is Allah, the best of creators.” (Quran, Al-Mu’minun: 12-14)
This remarkable description aligns with modern scientific understanding of embryonic development, from the initial fertilization to the formation of bones and tissues. Truly, Allah is the best Creator"
