Call it exponential Peating
She takes it now & said it's going well. "Can I take more if I need?". Her kids already joke when she's getting stressed out "have you put your mouth gel on mum?". She has gotten a friend onto it as well, if you help a woman with progesterone she will tell 5-10 of her friends.

Maybe the reason that Benadryl and Cyproheptadine make people irritable is because the anticholinergic action is increasing the interaction between the different types of endotoxins and the gut barrier.
Certain types of inflammatory states/Endotoxin/Histamine flares will have you getting extremely irritated and annoyed at the most trivial things

Most people experience an abundance of energy only in the context of hypomania, driven by the adrenergic system. Which is why they report feeling wired and then crashing the next day. Things get done in a swirl of chaos and lack of structure, whereas energy from a true place of abundance simply gives you the ability to make a choice.

This is called having a high calcium/magnesium ratio on a hair tissue mineral analysis. This pattern is called spiritual defensiveness. Anytime a person is living out of alignment with what they believe, this ratio will be skewed on a hair test and it indicates severe lifestyle stress. Many people report odd physical symptoms evaporating overnight when they address whatever it is they are dealing with - wanting a divorce, financial stress, excessive drinking, working or living in a place you hate - the imbalance goes away. My opinion is that mechanistically, the very high calcium relative to magnesium level acts as a functional deficiency for magnesium even if the intake in the diet isn’t low. And many symptoms are related to magnesium deficiency tho just boofing a ton of magnesium will not resolve the pattern because it’s a burn rate issue due to living severely out of alignment. When someone is really living out of alignment, as in the case of homosexuality or someone having a separate family or something, the ratio will be above 40:1 and we call this extreme version of the pattern LIVING A LIE. Meaning their entire life is a living breathing lie.

when i first got into peating and didn’t know what i was doing, i drank a Kuinone bottle (vitamin K2 MK-4) within a day or so. At the time i was also drinking 1-2 gallons of milk per day. About a week later, i got into a pretty nasty car crash which landed two people in the hospital, but i didn’t break a single bone.
