A message must be sent to future judges that they cannot secretly spy on Congress and cover it up for years until a random whistleblower steps forward to reveal what the judge has secretly done.
Should Judge Boasberg be removed from office?

You do that, you lose your whole career. Full stop. Impeachment must happen immediately.

It is time to impeach Chief Justice Roberts.

He should have been impeached over Russiagate. No consequences has repercussions. He is obviously working with Democracy Inc. Could tell that by his actions over deportations earlier this year.

“they cannot secretly spy on Congress…also if Hilary’s hacked emails and Hunter’s laptop isn’t front page news, it’s election interference and censorship!”

They need to go to prison, not just removed from the bench.

A 2/3 approval of the US Senate for removal is not a possibility in this political climate.

The principle of making an example is biblical. It is a way to tell others - do this and the same will happen to you! So yes- do it and show all the judges what will come their way if they continue the lawfare. Make them fear the consequences.

Nor should they be using the dictionary as a political weapon against the president that they don’t like!

Boasberg is as creepy as his evil doppelgänger in Brazil Alexandre de Moraes.

Only 8 federal judges (out of about 4000 who have ever served) have ever been removed That’s 1/500 or 0.2% Clearly the sole cumbersome remedy of impeachment in the hands of the elected venality isn’t workable for these lifetime appointments Time for a change

If a judge can secretly spy on Congress and face no consequences until exposed by a whistleblower, we don’t have a constitutional republic — we have a shadow state wearing a robe.

Impeach the Imperial Judge. He will not be convicted in the Senate. I'm ok with that. The process is the punishment. Destroy him through the process.

A judge spies on Congress and walks free. Every one of them should be dragged before the law they broke.

A system where judges conceal their own crimes is not justice — it’s theater. And a republic that tolerates it will not survive much longer as one.

Deprivation of rights under cover of law. That’s how these hack judges roll.

Mike Benz: It takes 67 votes in the Senate to impeach Boasberg. Ain't gonna happen; however, it only takes 51 votes to defund the Washington DC Federal Court system, and merge it with another District. Then you appoint new judges with 51 votes. This is called winning.

Judge Boasberg must be removed from the bench. He is emblematic of the rot in our judiciary, malicious prosecution, lawfare and the gaming of our legal system. Activist judges displaying inherent bias must be terminated. Our Republic is at risk.
