District Courts have no national jurisdiction. It is meaningless showbiz. It does, however, identify which judges are untrustworthy. The SupCt has recently, and repeatedly, reminded district judges their authority does not extend beyond their district. These are judges who are insubordinate to the Supreme Court which is an impeachable act. This is what impeachment was designed for. Judges who obey The Party over The Supreme Court have a problem on their hands. Especially since The Party is in tatters because it run by incompetent lifer pols who cannot get anything right. Or so it seems to me.
