What specifically looks bad? Just curious Your blind hate will change nothing. Idgaf about Neil but he hasn't made a bad game yet. His Resume and accolades loaded with trophies and awards prove this. So yes please explain what is bad about the game that's not even out yet.

You dont even know anything about the main character besides her visual design, she looks fine. "Pointless cinematics" is a weird criticism when all we've seen are teaser trailers for the cinematic story game, what would make them not pointless? No gameplay also isnt criticism

Her visual design looks bland and lackluster They are pointless because this doesn't really convey anything to the player that gets them interested And no gameplay is a valid criticism because you're selling a video game yet show no gameplay

See i dont think you play any games because this isnt true, I could tell you 20 different games from western & eastern devs that have notably attractive characters and released in the 3-4 years. Yall just look at the outliers and regurgitate the same points on socials.

There have been multiple characters and concept artists that have complained about the uglification process some teams deliberately do, and they have provided before and after photos. Concord was one of them. It does happen.

I think the broader point is that games are consistently releasing with unattractive characters and performing poorly or alienating their fanbases. Overwatch nuked itself, Concord was a mess, TLoU2. Meanwhile games that design appealingly do great, e.g Rivals, Stellar Blade.

Rivals is slowly dying and has esports teams pulling out from the competitive scene while losing players. Stellar blade is an action game that literally no one talks about unless its about the character design.
