Baseball's most "out there" franchise is now a half-billion-dollar business.
The Savannah Bananas have pitchers on stilts, choreographed dance breaks, and "bunting sucks" written into the rulebook.
They've sold out 115+ tour dates and built a bigger social media following than any other MLB team.
That's all while keeping tickets down to ~$35-$60, streaming free on YouTube, and rejecting traditional sponsorship money because their owner focuses on creating fans, not explicitly building revenue.
And it's obviously working. Soon enough, you may be watching the first billion-dollar meme team.
