In September 2013, President Xi Jinping stood beneath Kazakhstan’s pale blue sky and unveiled his vision for a New Silk Road. He spoke of ports and pipelines, of prosperity and peace - draping his speech in 2,000 years of Chinese imperial history. That project became the Belt and Road Initiative. Beneath the slogan and flags, a criminal element saw opportunity - and used the Belt and Road as a cover for their schemes. Triads, businessmen, and ranking members of the CCP worked together to build out scam compounds across Southeast Asia that have defrauded tens of billions of dollars from Americans. I’ve combed through hundreds of sources, traced the money and names - from Beijing to Hong Kong to Burma - through company filings, Chinese language social media, and buried websites to uncover who was behind these scam operations. The work that western journalists simply won’t do. This is the story of how China’s grand dream for global trade and power laid the foundation for one of the world’s largest organized criminal enterprises - in an essay that I call: None Shall Sleep: Inside the Belt and Road Empire of Fraud ~ ⬇️READ MORE BELOW⬇️~

Very entertaining piece on the Patel Motel question, and a question for the enterprising frog: how many lawyers would it take to work up a batch of cases to crash the Patel network over illegal operations and seize the assets via civil forfeiture?
Eighty-three years ago, a Gujarati man arrived in the United States illegally by boat and bought a motel off a California highway. That single purchase set off a chain reaction - of handshake loans, SBA guarantees, clan loyalties, and quiet migrations. Today, seventy percent of America’s motels are Indian-owned. Most belong to one caste: the Patels. I worked for one back in the mid-2000s - and saw firsthand how they built and ran their business. This is the story of how a mercantile clan from Gujarat came to dominate the American lodging industry - through informal lending networks, government-backed loans, and relentlessly cutting corners in their ethnic family enterprises. I dug into 25 years of SBA loan data, combing through over 10,000 lines of Excel, to argue the case that the Patels had full institutional support. Finally, I include my own experiences working for a Patel, in an essay that I call: The Patel Cartel: Inside the Quiet Motel Monopoly ~ ⬇️READ MORE BELOW ⬇️~

Everyone who's accusing Oliveira of being cowardly needs to understand that what happened to him is a microcosm of why the left always wins; because the right never stands up for anyone. I've been covering H-1B visa and related issues here more or less full time for two months now. In that time: - Numerous Indians have sent me death threats, both publicly and in DMs, with X doing nothing (I've catalogued more than a few of those threats). They've also threatened my family. - Indians compromised one of my crypto wallets and stole my money. - Indians mass report my posts to get me banned, abusing the fact that if you report someone long enough, they're automatically locked/limited/suspended with no human involvement. - Indians abuse the Community Notes system to flag my posts with false notes, which is a direct attack on my income since any post that gets community noted is exempt from monetization. - I have cause to believe I'm being physically stalked by Indians. I was warned when I began covering this beat that Indians working at banks and so forth would attempt to screw with my financial accounts, car insurance and so forth. I've spoken to other journalists covering this beat and they told me I'm not being paranoid and they themselves have been stalked. That's what I'M facing. Oliveira is a FAR better known figure than me. I can't imagine what he's been dealing with. It's easy to say "release the video, don't apologize" when you haven't faced this level of concerted criminal harassment. Are the updoots he gets on YouTube gonna be worth it if an Indian decides to firebomb his house with his kids inside or shoot him while he's leaving 7Eleven? I dealt with extensive criminal harassment from the left when I was covering the presidential campaign in 2016. My family was doxed after I reported on BLM marches in Chicago. Antifa obtained my then-girlfriend's phone number and harassed her. I was physically stalked multiple times and threatened by antifa. And of course, I was deplatformed, getting banned from Twitter three times in the course of a year. Some freaks once tried to blackmail me over something I wrote by threatening to go after my parents. I couldn't live with myself if something happened to my parents or whoever because of something I wrote. That's how they get you. And there's no institutional backing protecting us. I myself got institutional backing recently only to have it taken away without being told why. Do you know how many good, smart, talented MAGA people gave up on journalism and advocacy during Trump's first term because of the infighting, betrayals, and abandonment when we needed it the most? They either quit the Internet entirely or pivoted into manosphere slop, self-improvement, or some other grift. This work does not pay and nobody is getting rich off it. We do it because we believe in it, but belief doesn't pay the bills, it doesn't unsuspend our accounts, it won't stop a bullet from a psycho freak stalker. Bad money drives out good. I despite Nick Fuentes, but what his Con Inc. critics don't understand is that THEIR actions is why he exists. I don't mean their Zionism. I mean their abandonment/cancellation of any positive, good force in citizen journalism and content creation. A "scene" defined by internecine backbiting and constant betrayals over petty personal conflicts is one that rewards psychopathy. Nick Fuentes is a psychopath and he's successful because of that, because anyone who isn't a psychopath eventually gets exhausted with being attacked/harassed/stalked with no support from their "allies" and quits. I myself quit in 2017, got a job that had nothing to do with my online activity, and dedicated my time to building an apolitical book publishing company. When I first moved to Guadalajara in 2021, I met a guy who posted a pic with me on his Instagram and his followers were responding "Wow, Matt Forney? I haven't heard about him in years!" Yeah, because I quit. I quit because there's only so much abuse you can take with no one backing you up---particularly when this is not financially lucrative---before something in you snaps. This is why the left wins. Because the right just allows their best figures to be hounded to death or actively hounds them to death themselves. And if you don't want your favorite journalist/writer/content creator to eventually tap out, you need to support them when they need you. I had hoped Charlie Kirk's assassination would have convinced some people of the stakes. Once again, I'm hoping against hope.
After much consideration, I have decided I will NOT be releasing my documentary capturing India’s poop-throwing festival… I have been doxxed, and threatened by thousands of Indians over the last 2 weeks… Tens of thousands of Indians have turned my life into a living hell. My family has been attacked in ways I never could have imagined. Showing up to this poop-festival was the worst decision of my life, and I severely underestimated the power of India… I am only one man… I cannot defeat the combined power of 1.5 billion Indians who yearn for my destruction. I simply cannot continue fighting this war, and must choose my battles. This one simply isn’t worth it. I never meant to offend Indians, their religion, or their culture. I just wanted to participate in this unusual poop-throwing festival and share it for the world to see. I ask that all Indians reading this please leave my family alone. Thank you.

It was winter, Orthodox Christmas to be exact. All alone at a friend’s apartment in Kazan, and in town only for a few days, I needed to see as much of the city as possible. Gin in a water bottle, I set out on foot. I remember a Tatarka in a Hijab giving me Siberian pelmeni with broth at a café. Later, there was an outdoor playground with slides carved out from thick blocks of ice. Nothing would melt that night in the -40°C. My nostrils burned from inhalation and by my side, I saw a shaking dog. She followed me until I reached the metro station and opened a door letting her inside. The pup walked in, looking at me with tacit admiration, but the metro worked yelled out NO DOGS IN HERE. Stupid Kurwa! I walked back out, leaving the dog inside, asking a taxi to take me to a strip club. Entering, parka in hand, I made my way to the coatroom, where in the tiny space an old lady sat on a stool reading Anna Karenina. Just her, the jackets and Tolstoy. I thought about her the whole night. Slavo-Turkic boobitas splashed on my face. Nothing could rouse my melancholy. How did she end up there? Only one thought could easy my solemn spirit: a notion that the book gave her immense joy. Her mind in an otherworldly state, oblivious to the torrent of bodies shifting near her own personal grotto. I’d like to think, sometimes she would look up to chuckle at the naked pigeons — prancing about in black garter belts and stockings.

New Schwabstack is out: "As things stand at this moment our best strategy is inside science, orthodox science, cutting out even fringe orthodoxies such as Rhine’s parapsychology. I don’t want you to think that I have abandoned my larger views. I have not. But John, Abram Hoffer and I have built a very well held bridgehead inside orthodoxy. Cholden was doing the same and so is Sidney Cohen." - Aldous Huxley in a letter to Humphrey Osmond, discussing their cabal within orthodox science, legitimating psychotomimetic research.
Forget about this "BAP" larper. Invite another man, his name is Costin Alamiru, onto your program. He runs an international travel food show. Very interesting guy! It would be a great interview.

The left’s false ziggurat, a fallen geometry, cloaked in thought-terminating slogans and shrouded in the smoke of charred rat and lizard sold as lamb. Diseased prostitutes and fentanyl zombies mill in its shadow. It stands as the obscured symbol of techno-communism. Vs. The true ziggurat, unambiguous and shameless, celebrating the eternal form and projecting it into the future, the inheritor of the symbolic order and aesthetic objectivity. No sloganeering is necessary or desirable as it speaks for itself, validates itself. It is the symbol of a real, vital modernism, physical evidence of divine mandate, a robust proof of God’s work.
