The idea of Christian nationalism and actual Christianity are diametrically opposed to one another:
Feeding the hungry
Matthew 25:35-40
For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’
“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’
“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
How to treat foreigners
Leviticus 19:33-34
“When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them. The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the Lord your God.”
Capitalism
Matthew 6:24
“No man can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will hold to the one and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
(Mammon means money)
Religion has been used repeatedly throughout history as a means of oppression when it was never meant to be that! It has been used as a justification for so many unjustified actions and people go with it, taking what leaders say as gospel instead of actually opening the book for themselves to see what God says; thereby, making idols out of those leaders because his word is what they adhere to and not the word of God! But Jesus said
“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me”
John 10:27
Will u follow man or God?
