Spanish clubs dominate the latest Brand Finance Football 50 ranking:
@realmadrid (EUR1.9 billion) retains the title of most valuable football club brand,
@FCBarcelona comes in at second (EUR1.7 billion). They are also the two strongest football club brands.
Meanwhile, the Premier League is the world’s most valuable football league in terms of brand value with its top ten brands values totalling EUR8.2 billion – more than a third (37%) of the total value of the world’s top 50 most valuable clubs. Six teams –
@ManCity (EUR1.4 billion),
@LFC (EUR1.4 billion),
@ManUtd (EUR1.2 billion),
@Arsenal (EUR1.2 billion),
@ChelseaFC (EUR961 million), and
@SpursOfficial (798 million) rank among the top 10.
@PSG_inside (PSG) now ranks among the global top five, following a brand value increase of 13% to EUR1.4 billion.
