Just waking up in America today? Steve Baker and Joe Hanneman published the article below alleging an identity of the Jan 5, 2021 pipe bomber. The subject was a Capitol Police officer on the day and later moved into an armed role with the CIA. And the FBI likely covered up.
This might just be the biggest scandal and conspiracy in American history. Many heroes were involved in bringing this to light. Some we can name in coming days. Some who want no recognition. And there’s much more to this yet to be told. theblaze.com/news/former-cap…
The Great AI Illusion is over. McKinsey's data reveals the silent collapse. 88% of companies use AI. A mere 1% have mature systems. This is not adoption. This is mass delusion. We are witnessing the largest failed transfer of technology in human history. Companies are bolting superintelligence onto broken processes. The result is catastrophic waste. But a schism is emerging. A top 6% elite are not just adopting AI. They are rebuilding their entire enterprise around it. They are not measuring efficiency. They are measuring agent autonomy. For everyone else, the clock is ticking. 30% of companies forecast workforce reductions. This is not a simple shift. It is the beginning of a cognitive winter for roles built on the old world. The pilot phase is dead. The transformation era has begun. The 67% stuck in experimentation are not behind. They are already obsolete. The next twelve months will separate the architects of the new world from the caretakers of the ruins. This is the single greatest recalibration of capital and talent in a generation. You are not deciding on a technology. You are deciding on a future. The data is the warning. The consequence is inevitable. Adapt or be absent. The choice is that stark.
Anti-corruption agencies controlled by the US are conducting searches at the main partner of Zelensky (I wrote about him). He escaped from Ukraine in a few hours. Zelensky managed to warn him. Searches are also taking place at the former Minister of Energy. So far, this is just a drop in the ocean.
🚨BREAKING: MSNBC's Morning Joe just said the QUIET PART OUT LOUD. Democrats' goal with the Schumer Shutdown was to get CRIME OUT OF THE NEWS! They wanted people to STOP talking about how OUT OF CONTROL Blue Cities are!
LSAT suspends online testing in China after alleged data theft tied to Chinese prep companies | Eric Mathemeier, Campus Reform Chinese companies preparing students for the American Law School Admission Test (LSAT) have gained unauthorized access to U.S.-based LSAT preparation companies and stolen information Liberal universities are more vulnerable to influence from the Chinese government due to downplaying foreign interference by naming it xenophobia, ignoring legitimate national security concerns in the name of empathy. --- Chinese companies preparing students for the American Law School Admission Test (LSAT) have gained unauthorized access to U.S.-based LSAT preparation companies and stolen information, according to the Law School Admissions Council (LSAC), the organization that administers the American LSAT. After the COVID-19 pandemic, LSAC began permitting remote LSAT administration. In China, that shift fueled a lucrative market of firms exploiting loopholes in LSAC’s online security—enabling hired test-takers, armed with fake identification, to impersonate students and complete the exam from abroad. LSAC announced in August that it had suspended online testing from mainland China. The suspension came amid concerns that Chinese actors compromised and penetrated remote testing systems and services. New reports, including one by Dave Killoran, the CEO of PowerScore, an American LSAT prep company, reveal just how these Chinese companies are scamming the LSAT. Killoran said that a Chinese whistleblower, told him last May that he had access to what appeared to be stolen LSAT questions. The whistleblower was frustrated how easy it was to gain access to cheat materials. Killoran told The Washington Free Beacon that screenshots of the test questions are “compiled into PDFs and sold to students who can’t pay the high fees for a proxy test taker.” Chinese companies have been charging up to $8,000 for the stolen information. These firms advertise “guaranteed results” through encrypted social media channels and claim to have access to upcoming LSAT questions weeks before the exam. Actors reportedly stole this information through a variety of means, one of the most prominent being hiding high-definition cameras to photograph in-person and remote exam questions. This is not the first time that Chinese influence has penetrated American higher education. The Hudson Institute conducted a report on Harvard University published in June, that highlighted how Harvard was training Chinese government officials. The report said that Harvard provided training to Chinese state officials linked to the repression of Uyghurs in Xinjiang—potentially breaching U.S. sanctions laws. The Hudson Institute said of its report that it “barely scratches the surface of the Chinese Communist Party’s infiltration of Harvard and US higher education broadly.” Americans for Public Trust released a report earlier this year detailing how China and other foreign governments have funneled billions of dollars into U.S. colleges and universities. According to the findings, New York University has received nearly $350 million in Chinese funding, making it the largest known recipient of such contributions over the past several decades. campusreform.org/article/lsa…
Trump administration finds SNAP fraud | Andrew Rice, The Center Square In once case, an individual received SNAP benefits in six different states. In a separate case, one individual had more than $50,000 on their Electronic Benefits Transfer, or EBT card. Amid the ongoing government shutdown, the U.S. Department of Agriculture is seeking to root out fraud in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, also known as food stamps. Steven Vaden, the deputy secretary of the USDA, spoke on Thursday about his reform attempts throughout the agriculture agency during a panel at the Federalist Society’s National Lawyers Conference. Vaden recognized the SNAP program helps people throughout the country with food assistance but also said that the system does not require proper income and asset evaluations for individuals on the program. Vaden said the USDA launched data collection from states across the country that participate in SNAP to understand where benefits are going. He recounted several examples of fraud that USDA has discovered. In once case, an individual received SNAP benefits in six different states. In a separate case, one individual had more than $50,000 on their Electronic Benefits Transfer, or EBT card. An EBT card is used similarly to a credit card for individuals who are on government assistance programs like SNAP. Vaden explained that remaining funds on EBT cards can roll over month-to-month if they are not fully used. “The taxpayers have a right to know what is being done with their money and that, when we have appropriations, we are spending more than nine billion a month,” Vaden said. On Oct. 31, a federal judge ordered the USDA to use a $6 billion emergency fund to continue the food stamp program during the government shutdown, after the department said it would not fund SNAP in November. About 42 million Americans utilize SNAP for food assistance. The administration said participants in the program who receive the maximum amount of food stamp benefits will get 65% of their benefits in November due to the use of the emergency fund. “[Taxpayers] especially have a right to rest assured that only those who truly need are benefitting from the program, because every dollar you give to someone who has a balance of more than $15,000 on their EBT card cannot go to someone who is truly in need,” Vaden said. The USDA is also relocating about 2,600 staff members to offices across the country, including in North Carolina, Indiana, Utah, Colorado and Missouri. Vaden said the move is into buildings that taxpayers are already paying for. “It definitely makes sense from the perspective of the taxpayer, and it’s moving our agencies closer to the communities we serve,” Vaden said. justthenews.com/nation/state…
Outgoing NYC Mayor Eric Adams to allow fired COVID workers to get jobs back | Chris Wade, The Center Square Adams, who steps down on Dec. 31, said he is giving about 2,900 city workers who were fired during the pandemic over their refusal to get vaccinated another shot at coming back to work as he prepares to depart City Hall. Thousands of New York City workers who lost their jobs because they refused to get jabbed with the COVID-19 vaccine can return to their jobs, outgoing Mayor Eric Adams announced Wednesday. Adams, who steps down on Dec. 31, said he is giving about 2,900 city workers who were fired during the pandemic over their refusal to get vaccinated another shot at coming back to work as he prepares to depart City Hall. Under the plan, terminated employees will be offered the opportunity to return to their same job at the same rate of pay, Adams said, but without credit for the time they didn't work, and with no right to backpay. In a statement, the mayor defended his divisive vaccine mandate for city workers, which spurred protests and lawsuits, saying it helped the city weather the worst of the pandemic. He also boasted his post-pandemic policies helped New York City rebound "with a record number of jobs, record number of small businesses and near record tourism numbers." "But we recognize that we are in a different place today than we were nearly four years ago, and our policies should match the realities of the times," Adams, a Democrat, said. "That’s why we are updating our policies to reflect our new health and economic reality, as we look forward to welcoming back many of our former employees to their former positions." Adams made a similar offer to workers several years ago, but only about 450 returned to their jobs, according to the administration. The latest plan covers workers who were fired from positions in the New York City public school system and at the New York City Housing Authority, among other agencies. During the pandemic, New York City imposed some of the strictest COVID-19 vaccine mandates in the country, enforcing requirements for both public and private sector workers. Nearly 3,000 city workers were fired for refusing to get vaccinated, including 36 members of the New York City Police Department and more than 950 public school employees. Several unions sued the city over the mandate, and Staten Island Supreme Court Justice Ralph Porzio issued a ruling that the city's policy was enacted "illegally" and workers who were fired for refusing to comply must be "immediately reinstated" with back pay. But the city appealed the judge's ruling. Meanwhile, the Adams administration lifted a similar vaccine mandate for private sector employees and professional athletes in November. In response to Adam's decision to drop the mandate, unions representing police officers, firefighters and other city workers who lost their jobs vowed they would take the city to court again to get back pay and benefits they lost. Adams lifted the vaccine requirement in February 2023 after announcing more than 96% of New York City workers were fully vaccinated, making vaccination optional for current and prospective city workers. City Councilwoman Joann Ariola, a fierce critic of the Adam's administration's COVID-19 policies, criticized Adam's move to rehire the fired municipal workers as "a clear case of too little too late." 'It is absolutely shameful that this mayor sought fit to spend taxpayer dollars to fight their return for his entire mayoralty, and only now on his way out does he see it fit to allow them to return to the jobs they never should have lost to begin with," the Republican said in a statement. "As a result of this administration’s despicable handling of this situation, we have seen good men and women put out of the jobs they love for years." Ariola said Adam's plan also doesn't compensate workers for back pay and time for the period they were denied work, "one last denial of justice for a group that has already had their rights and livelihoods unjustly stripped from them for far too long." justthenews.com/nation/state…

If you’re truly serious about Making Housing Affordable Again, you have to be willing to stand up to BlackRock… and every Wall Street titan turning American neighborhoods into bond collateral. Yes, the same Wall Street donors who max out GOP super-PACs will scream bloody murder. Let them. No young family earning $90k can compete with Blackstone’s war chest. It isn’t a “free market.” It’s a rigged game where working-class families fight with paychecks and Wall Street swings trillions in printed money from the Fed. Reign in the ‘Lords of Easy Money.’

incredible statistics here
Since 1963, 75% of all nationwide injunctions have been against President Trump. 90% of those injunctions came from Democrat-appointed judges. Yet the Admin has a 92% win rate at SCOTUS. President Trump isn’t the one abusing his power. It’s Democrat-appointed judges.
