HOW ABOUT ACCESSING A NORTON SECURITY AGENT THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH? I MADE 31 CALLS TO NORTON & NOT 1 PERSON IF THOSE 31 CALLS SPOKE ENGLISH TO THE POINT OF BEING ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THEM. NORTON IS SO CHEAP THAT THEY PAY FOREIGNER'S TO ANSWER PHONES & ITS SUCH A WASTE OF YOUR TIME!

Advice-- Do NOT select Norton's "Password Manager" aka their vault. Its main function seems to be to block (yes, *block*) your access to any site where you are registered with a password. I've requested many times to remove that feature. Many times. The damn thing is still there!
