Yes. Men should have to pay extra taxes for being single after age 30. Those taxes can go towards financial incentives for married couples to have children. That solves birth rates. Boom. Ideally a man’s incentive for success should come from providing for his family. It is best if men settle down you to avoid men wasting women’s reproductive years.
