No reply to my @github support ticket in over 2 weeks! They have been billing my business incorrectly and refuse to acknowledge that this ticket exists! Their control panel also doesn't let me disable the Advanced Security product!
As they should. U.S.-based companies are inherently not subject to EU or UK regulations. The only regulations they are subject to are the U.S. federal and local state laws. If a company has a legal operating entity in another jurisdiction, such as the EU or UK, that's different.
