We broke down how:
AMMs (Automated Market Makers) replace order books.
Every trade pays a small fee that goes to LPs.
Smart contracts automate it all, no middlemen, no banks.
Sounds easy, right? But there’s more. ⚠️
In traditional finance, market makers are institutions ensuring trades always have liquidity.
But in Web3, that role is decentralized.
Anyone can become a liquidity provider, earning from trading fees every time people swap tokens on DEXs like Raydium, Orca, or Uniswap.
