Fractal patterns occur in many places nature: the patterns in plants & tree branches, shells, feathers, river deltas, in our lungs & blood systems and Jackson Pollock created them on canvases while in a creative flow state.
Looking at fractals has been shown to put our brains into a relaxed state & we recover from stress 60% more quickly after observing them (I teach more about this in my workshops)
