Alright folks, want to grow your account? Want to get monetized on 𝕏?? I finally cracked the code and I'm about to tell you how I did it, so use this guide to grow your own account. My account is now growing by leaps and bounds. For the last 3 months, I've been trying my hardest to put out solid content and just hoping one post would take off and go viral. I put in a lot of time and energy creating original posts and dropping what I thought would be viral memes and videos for them to barely get any views. 7 days ago I started a new strategy and it's paid off tremendously. The first thing you'll want to do is follow large like-minded accounts and turn notifications on (turn notifications on for me while you're at it 😉). It's the little bell icon that you can toggle on someone's profile. I currently have notifications on for about 50 different accounts. After you've done this go to your Notifications and click on the notification that says "New post notifications for..." This will open up a feed of just those large accounts you're following that you selected to get notifications for. And then you just comment under their posts. The sooner you can comment on their fresh post the better. And that's it. Commenting under large accounts that have just posted within seconds will make your account grow exponentially. WHY I LOVE THE 50-YEAR MORTGAGE:
Here’s the full picture of the 50-year mortgage opportunity, including the extra interest you get "wrecked" by on the 50-year mortgage.
Monthly payments (6% interest, $500k home):
• 30-year: $2,997.75
• 50-year: $2,632.02
• Monthly difference: $365.73
Total interest paid:
• 30-year interest: $579,190.95
• 50-year interest: $1,079,214.38
• Extra interest from choosing 50-year: $500,023.44
So stretching the loan to 50 years means you pay an extra half a million dollars in interest to the bank.
But here’s the twist:
If you take the $365.73 monthly savings and throw it into Bitcoin compounding at 20% for 30 years, you get:
✅ $8,403,654
So the trade-off is basically:
• Pay the bank $500k more,
• But stack $8.4M in Bitcoin.
Even a 20% CAGR on BTC gets you $1m status in about 18 years with that small monthly contribution.
But remember, this is a 50 year mortgage. Instead of 30 years, you keep stacking $365.73 per month into Bitcoin compounding at 20% annually for 50 years, your final stack becomes:

Is the 20% terminal CAGR too high?
