Cannabis policy reform now!
If you live in Ohio, contact your state representative today. Urge them to vote “no” on SB 56 unless all changes to Issue 2 are removed: act.mpp.org/a/save-issue2 blog.mpp.org/blog/ohio-house…

🌿Ever heard of the group Smart Approaches to Marijuana? Turns out, not so smart. 🚫Behind the polite name hides a decades-old prohibition playbook. Here’s why experts call it dangerous: hightimes.com/activism/why-y…

I’ve smoked weed for over 30 years Never even greened out, and can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience with cannabis- 100% positive Alcohol has gotten me in a shit ton of trouble Alcohol has also put me in the hospital with having no pulse 3 times in one night Not to mention the scraps, the nights in jail etc etc etc with alcohol It’s not even an argument, if you think alcohol is safer than cannabis you are 100% fcking wrong

The real misconception isn’t whether cannabis should or shouldn’t exist. It already does. The real question is whether it’s safer to leave it unregulated—or to legalize and regulate it. Adam Smith, executive director at @MarijuanaPolicy, explains.

Jeeezz...the reefer madness continues... Fact: The Endocannabinoid System is the mammalian master regulatory system and sits in function above the IMMUNE response, FEEDING and CRAVING response, EMOTIONAL response, etc etc etc. Fact: Cannabis is like a MAGIC SCREWDRIVER into the Endocannabinoid System. Still need to prove some safety with things like THC, but for the most part cannabis is SAFE. Fact: the Endocannabinoid System is THE drug development and therapeutic health target of the future. Fact: MANY natural products other than cannabis impact this system equally and even more powerfully than cannabis (black pepper would be one...). Fact: cannabis and natural products will result in MANY drugs and drug ideas that impact the most important system in your body and do safe with far less risk and far higher safety than pharmaceuticals. Fact: no current doctor is taught this, ANY OF IT. Unless they are self taught they think the above is fiction and the ranting of cannabis activists (please validate all of the above with Grok and any AI tool). Fact: no current university has a research or doctoral program on the Endocannabinoid System. So what does that mean? No doctor, pharmaceutical drug researcher, etc have any knowledge of, or any training on, YOUR MASTER REGULATORY SYSTEM. How insane is that?????
🚨Cannabis is the most dangerous drug in America right now. @DrMarcSiegel: "It accelerates psychosis, worsens anxiety and depression, disrupts sleep and even harms the heart. Kids are especially at risk — over 20,000 calls to drug hotlines last year were from children after eating gummies.”

Remember all that psychosis and violence in 1936 when cannabis was in the US Pharmacopoeia and the 2nd most prescribed drug in America sold by Eli Lily. It was actually more potent then.
Replying to @AlexBerenson
For a century, all Americans used cannabis as THE primary medicine. The murders must have been bonkers. Where did we find the time to do the Industrial Revolution with all that THC inspired killing? Your reefer madness is required to sell your book, I get it. For a guy that’s right on so much, this is disappointing.
