From what I've seen, since I don't really have an adequate computer to play, it's that the PVE AI is so fantastic that it's sort of creates an environment where the PVP is secondary to the extraction. It's there, but you're making friends just as often as you're killing other Raiders. This makes it kind of similar to how Dark and Darker was when it first came out, when it was far more of a mixed bag on who you were going to encounter while delving.

Streamer influence. This is one of those scenarios where once the streamers stop playing it for content the game dies. Manufactured success. Success nonetheless but, it's far from organic.

no politics, not trying to bend to one specific group just a game that is meant to be fun.

Addicting gameplay loop. ARC AI is also amazing and makes the game exciting. My only complaint is storage space is not enough. I need more than 280.

They nailed every aspect of the genre. The visuals, audio, and game play are high quality. The PvP makes it exciting and tense. Leader boards to keep you in competition. Absolute masterpiece of gaming!

People can screw others over and they enjoy it. Some need to vent that way I guess.

people are starved for decent multiplayer. its pretty much that simple. Also extraction shooters are a genre that entices many but few end up enjoying, yet this game is so casual anyone can succeed with minimal effort

I'm buying this game with the Xmas discount. I played the playtest and had so much fun. It's stressful and quick but in a good way and feels extremely rewarding.

The game. It’s the game. Brilliant design in every part of it. The sound is AMAZING. But the gameplay is next level. Redefines what a video game can be. Play how you want. It’s just such an incredible tight package of perfection.

They removed Ukrainian localization and added Russian, then Ukrainians did all the marketing for them

The game is fun and has a good gameplay loop. Looks good and runs good. It’s really that simple.

The only thing I don't like in the game is the body type A/B. Other than that, no nonsense (so far), physics perfect, setting beautiful, microtransaction cancer hasn't corrupted the game too much, it's immersive, good community. Should I carry on?

Taking time to make a good game with optimisation that people expect in the currently year while keep the visual and gameplay top notch, the sound design also is great.

Never played an extraction shooter in my life. Never watched a streamer play this game. I bought it, hopped in blind, killed my first arc and extracted first raid, was hooked ever since. Movement is crisp, gunplay is nice, the level designs are beautiful, the game is just fun.

They made a good game that plays good and people enjoy. Unlike most recent AAA games where there is usually some issue either running the game or connecting to the game.

The true test of this game will be how it stands up when the next big thing comes out.

It’s an absolute blast to play. I haven’t played FPS games in many years now but am a veteran of the genre (started with the original Wolfenstein) and have never played an extraction shooter before, and this is the most fun I’ve had with a game since enjoying FromSoft’s library.

Someone put an rpg under a casual extraction shooter with controller support. Its about what they did and the other extraction games do not. DMZ tried, but didnt have the rpg mechanics.
