To all newly ex-Luminosity creators: unless your contract says otherwise, they owe you for the entire length of the contract, not just the last 3 months. Contact a lawyer to discuss your options.

Vertical Studios (TSX: $VRTS) is releasing all of Luminosity's creators. As part of the release, creators will receive payment for outstanding arrears dating back to the acquisition.

many of the contracts were 1-2 years long, but im hearing that enthusiast took all the money that was meant for those contracts to pay off their debts and left luminosity and its new owners with the liability to pay the creators. just what im hearing from certain ppl

Correct, but getting an email saying that you’re no longer on the team isn’t a buyout. You don’t have to accept a buyout.
