Alright, I’m looking at the intro of this book, and there’s still zero mention of Jai anywhere. It’s absolutely wild to me that Odin’s inspiration from Jai isn’t acknowledged in any way, shape, or form. Like, come on, not even a nod? That’s just bizarre.

I hope this answers your question. Jonathan Blow's language (codenamed Jai) was an influence BUT in terms of the semantics of the language, its influence was a hell of a lot less than the languages listed.
