The RCGS publishes the country's #1 paid magazine, Canadian Geographic which reaches 4.4 million readers a month, and has built one of the country's largest educational networks of 28,000 teachers a year reaching 750,000 students.
"This is proof our elbows are up," said RCGS CEO John Geiger. Today PM Carney's Budget 2025 proposed that the RCGS will receive $1 million a year over the next four years through funding from the Department of Canadian Heritage to continue our mission.
