Try to get a good sourced cacao from south America or from Africa, and make sure it’s low in heavy metals Essentially, you only need the first 2 ingredients, but if you like to add natural sweeteners, you can stevia and erythritol I like my dark chocolate with almonds, so that’s a choice too (trust me it pairs very well) Coarse sea salt and cinnamon are also optional This recipe will give you a solid bar, so let me know how it goes!

Which makes it even more important to start your health journey ASAP
Replying to @Mark_Sisson
I like the rephrasing, but if I could extend it a little… 1) I think they’re definitely is such a thing as over exercising and this can be in particular cardiovascular disease risk. 2) I think the status that you are today doesn’t automatically wash away the sins of the past. If before you became fit and healthy you had a lifetime of poor metabolic health, smoking, etc, I think that’s very relevant to your current and future cardiovascular disease risk. To some degree you can mitigate it, but I’m skeptical you can completely erase it.

Mad how most have no empathy anymore, everyone is calling everyone out, labelling, creating drama just to get clicks/likes. Can we just have nice discussions without insulting each other? Can we go back to a place where we are not desperate to be correct and score more points?
I think we need to understand and listen to people, each one has their own needs and differences, what works for someone won’t work for another and it’s okay. The key here is to figure out the solution, be open minded and also humble.
It's unbelievable that you are this dense. Just because counting calories didn't work for YOU does not mean it doesn't work for others. It has worked for millions. You like low carb, great. Works for many people, but there are many more that it doesn't work for. Just because YOU don't like a tool doesn't make it useless HOW ARE PEOPLE THIS FUCKING STUPID?
I made a tool that will help your fitness and nutrition journey, everything is in one place. I just called it Health Hub. Check it out here: rachahyde.com/product-page/h…

Couldn’t agree more
What you do in private, shows in public. Reading shows in a conversation. Your diet shows in energy. Your discipline shows in confidence. Your focus shows in your results. You are what you cultivate when no one is watching. Prioritize your time and focus on discipline.

The MPF group also experienced fewer cravings, likely due to better satiety
A randomized controlled trial involving 55 UK adults showed that, even when nutrient content was matched, those eating minimally processed foods (MPF) lost twice as much weight and consumed ~170 fewer calories per day than participants eating ultra‑processed foods (UPFs).
Plenty of evidence showing that whatever activity you do will improve your health in a way or another. For instance, if you do circuits of body weight exercises, 3 time a week, it will improve your cardiovascular fitness.. You just need to start & see how your life change!
There is so much information out there that it’s becoming really hard to distinguish fake (for clout) from reality!!
If you don’t have access to a gym for now and have light weights, sets of 15-40 reps taken to true muscle failure can stimulate growth just as well as heavier 6-15 rep sets
People on diet programmes that included diet logging/self-monitoring will lose an extra ~2kg at 6-12 months versus those that do not..
