Make America Yeomen Again (MAYA) ★ Neo-Homestead Act: If you do 5 years of national service you should earn a 5-acre self-sufficient farm.

We should pass a Charlie Kirk Act. Ideally it'd abolish the Department of Education, but since there's not enough political will to use the "nuclear option" to get around the 60-vote filibuster then if we can't destroy the DOE then we should commandeer it... Here's what the Charlie Kirk Act could do that’d only require 51 votes... 1. In order to receive federal funding, high schools must require students to take Constitution 101. This will ground more of our discourse in the Constitution again. 2. In order to receive federal funding, states must spend 50% of these funds on charters, vouchers, and/or Education Savings Accounts. 3. No federal funding for universities if its last three graduating classes on average earned less than America’s median income. 4. Accredit Peterson Academy, Charlie Kirk University (Turning Point USA could work with the Trump Administration to get this opened before the end of Trump’s term), etc., i.e. accredit any university that meets 3.'s simple requirement. If Republicans passed the Charlie Kirk Act we’d see less student mental illness, indoctrination, and debt with more employment at higher wages where such an outcome would be worthy of Charlie’s name.
Nancy Pelosi became a congresswoman in 1987. Since then her net worth increased from $3 million to $300 million (+9,800%) and her district's homelessness from 6,000 to 9,000 (+40%). Enjoy your retirement in Miami!

Let's say Zohran succeeds on all these fronts... Current betting odds (Polymarket): - 55%: freezes rent-stabilized units - 20%: opens a city-owned grocery store - 20%: makes buses free - 25%: taxes millionaires 2% more Would this mean the end of NYC? No. The exodus has already been happening and this would exacerbate it a bit more, but I don’t think we’ll see a full-scale collapse, which is important to say because credibility matters where we should make it a habit to follow the best predictors rather than the best panderers (ala Zohran).
NYC wasn't built by anti-American illegals on welfare, but by my ancestors who came in coffin ships to transform it from wood to steel at a time when there were fewer foreigners and more land and jobs.

If I was running for NYC Mayor my platform would be... 1. Reduce sales tax (4.5% -> 4%; exempt necessities, increase on luxuries/sin), abolish income tax for those making under $100K, abolish the improved land value tax (1% -> 0%) while increasing the unimproved land value tax (1% -> 3%; exempt primary residencies). 2. Buy ugly abandoned/vacant buildings, knock down, and convert into beautiful parks. 3. Tie welfare to work cleaning the streets, security guards, assembly lines. 4. Partner with Elon Musk to be the flagship of his public transit vision whether that be with busing and/or tunneling, etc. 5. Increase school choice with Education Savings Accounts. Any age could qualify, e.g. you pass an in-person civics exam ($25 registration fee) you get $200 added to an ESA. This would help turn low-info Democrats into well-informed Republicans. 6. Mass deregulate housing (allow conversion of empty office spaces into residential units)/businesses/etc. because NYC should err on the side risk/innovation. 7. Freeze rent??? I don't mind this if this is what the people want, but then we should freeze the rent for EVERYONE. Net result? Landlords would sell their properties therefore turning NYC into a city of owners, which means it'd become more Republican.

I agree with vaporizing narco-terrorists because one boat could carry enough fentanyl to kill EVERY American. But legal subjectivity is dangerous to our republic so we should repeal the legal basis that has been used to justify unilateral executions (AUMFs) and better specify the War Powers Resolution (make expire after 30 days w/ no extensions) so as to make Declarations of War great again. DOWs only require a simple-majority to pass in the House & Senate where we should then have enough votes to declare war on the cartels. Pickaboo!

"If (R)s abolished the silent filibuster then if (D)s retake power they'll pack the court, admit Puerto Rico, and abolish election safeguards!" But if we abolished it... 1. We could SIGNIFICANTLY cut taxes, spending, and regulations, which the GOP has failed to do ever since (D)s created the silent filibuster in 1972. 2. We could pass a law that would pack the court, release Puerto Rico, and turn South Dakota into 8 states (Northwest South Dakota, Northeast South Dakota, etc.) that would kick in on March 1st UNLESS constitutional amendments passed that would define the court as 9, outline statehood process to require 60% referendum vote + 2/3rd in Senate, and require Voter ID. If we don't abolish the silent filibuster now, Democrats could if they retake power (came within two votes of doing so in 2022) and then do reverse of the aforementioned therefore ending our republic.

In 1554 there was the Great EBT Scare in subsaharan Africa where after the third month of no more money being put on their cards the local villagers started eating the white merchants because they preferred it to working.
My Grandpa freezes his money to slow Grandma down from being able to run off with it to play the slots. And as absurd as that may sound it’s still less so than “freezing the rent.”

Zohran wants to increase NYC's personal income tax on the rich from 4% -> 6% and corporate income tax (includes small biz) from 9% -> 11%. NYC already has the HIGHEST combined state and local top personal AND corporate income tax rate in the country. Personal: 37% (federal) + 11% (state) + 6% (city) = 54% Corporate: 21% (federal) + 8% (state) + 11% (city) = 40% This is on top of the 20 other taxes big 🍎 residents pay directly and indirectly (payroll, property, etc.). Why Zohran's tax policy is Mamdummi... 1. State/city income taxes are the easiest for the rich to avoid by simply changing their primary residency and corporate headquarters. Income taxes really only make sense at the federal level. A smart governor/mayor would focus on generating revenue from sales or unimproved land values. 2. When so much of a society is built on FORCE where every other day the government confiscates all the money you make then this leads to a lot of negative downstream effects such as a decline in entrepreneurship, freedom, honesty, and fairness. How much must the govt take before NYers admit the issue isn't so much a lack of revenue, but too much Democrat corruption?

How many Americans own outright a small self-sufficient farm, live in a two-parent household, largely work for themselves, and are moral, knowledgable, and fit? This epitomizes the conservative ideal, which is virtually nonexistent.

As Republicans we spend more time critiquing dark blue states/cities where we have virtually no influence than we do dark red states/cities because we care more about being entertained and feeling holier-than-thou than we do fixing problems.

I think those components should make up the heart of the algorithm, but there could be some exceptions/tinkering such as when the 20% discovery mode kicks in then it should give a slight preference to small accounts and opinions outside one's bias.

𝕏 Algorithm: “For you” should only show you who you follow (unless your engagement dropped 20% the last week) where posts are boosted based on 1. how often you interact with them as a % of their posting frequency 2. recency 3. how much their post is overperforming their avg.

If Elon Musk wants to build self-sufficient communities on Mars, he should start by building them in America. If he builds enough of them it'd decrease home prices, which would then increase the birthrate, liberty, and TSLA. 🚗🏡
I was the first baby born in NYC in 1991 and since then my Irish-Italian heritage has been replaced by Islam. Irish: 540K -> 440K Italians: 840K -> 540K Islam: 200K -> 800K Beers for burqas. Spaghetti for Sharia.
