At the time of the Annunciation all of time froze for the smallest fraction of a second while all the angels hung on in suspense waiting for Mary’s response. The fiat that would user in the defeat of death and redemption of man!

She is begging you to thank her for aborting her child so that you could listen to Fleetwood Mac.
This is a must watch! Stevie Nicks speaks openly about the abortion that allowed her to continue her career at the height of Fleetwood Mac’s rise. She makes it plain: access to abortion made her life, her art, and her voice possible.

Cardinal Delivers Exorcism Prayer in St. Peter’s Basilica: Something else happened yesterday at the Summorum Pontificum Traditional Latin Mass in the Basilica of St Peter (October 25, 2025) that strikes me as significant. Among the well-known prelates in attendance at the Latin Mass celebrated by His Eminence Raymond Cardinal Burke was the renowned exorcist, Cardinal Ernest Simoni Troshani, who at 97 years of age stood at the pulpit and positively thundered an Exorcism prayer composed by Pope Leo XIII back in 1890. Who is Cardinal Simoni Troshani? Cardinal Simoni is an Albanian cardinal, born October 18, 1928, who according to his entry in the College of Cardinals Report, spent “eighteen years in jail at the hands of Albanian communists.” After having completed his seminary study clandestinely, he was ordained a priest on April 7, 1956. But on Christmas Eve 1963, after celebrating an “illegal” public Mass, Simoni was arrested and imprisoned. Initially, he was sentenced to death for offering the Mass (the TLM at that time), but the sentence was later commuted to twenty-five years of hard labor. During his years of imprisonment, Simoni endured “torture and harsh conditions, including work in mines and sewage canals.” Far from being intimidated by the threat of torture, he secretly celebrated the Latin Mass from memory and heard the confessions of his fellow prisoners. After his release in 1981, according to the College of Cardinals Report, Cardinal Simoni was still considered an “enemy of the people” and was thus forced to work in the Shkodrë sewers. Nevertheless, he continued to exercise his priestly ministry clandestinely until the fall of the communist regime in 1990. Fast-forward to present day. This heroic priest – once sentenced to death for celebrating the Mass – took part in yesterday’s Summorum Pontificum Pilgrimage. From the sanctuary of the Altar of the Chair, His Eminence delivered an exorcism prayer composed by Pope Leo XIII on May 18, 1890. The prayer was composed after Pope Leo had overheard a conversation between God and the Devil, just after offering Mass, in which the Devil bragged that he could destroy the Church in one hundred years. Fearful for souls and for the life of the Church of which Leo was visible head, the Holy Father composed the Exorcism prayer, which was recommended by the Church whenever any acts of the Devil are suspected. Here is an excerpt from the Exorcism Prayer prayed yesterday in St. Peter’s: “Beseech the God of Peace to crush Satan under our feet, that he may no more be able to hold men captive and to harm the Church. Offer our prayers in the sight of the Most High, so that the mercies of the Lord may quickly come to our aid, that thou mayest seize the dragon, the ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan. . . We cast you out, every unclean spirit, every satanic power, every onslaught of the infernal adversary, every legion, every diabolical group and sect, in the name and by the power of our Lord Jesus + Christ.” Momentous things are happening, friends. This is a war between God and Satan, and many have only recently begun to understand the scope of it. So let us join this Holy War with the tools and the armor of God’s soldiers. Keep offering prayers of reparation and petition, that God will protect us and Holy Mother Church against the fires of Hell. Especially on this great Feast of Christ the King, let us offer prayers of thanksgiving for the good shepherds—the generals in this army—whom God, in His Providence, has seen fit to grant us. The mere existence of such men proves, once again, that God has not abandoned His Church.

The telegraph started WWI (indirectly), AI will start WWII (indirectly).
Bismarck united Germany in 1871, there was an economic boom, resulting wealth disparity, and then a long effort to hold the socialists at bay. Bismarck dealt with socialist and communist agitators by introducing social welfare programs - to allay complaints, make people less likely to join a rebellion. He aimed at solidarity by avoiding extreme inequality. Bismarck was dismissed as PM when the young and stupid Wilhelm II (people post his photo on here, with a cigarette in his mouth in military uniform - but he never did anything useful, made an ass out of himself and damaged his country) decided to ‘chart his own path.’ Socialism continued to develop - and by 1912 they were the largest party in the Reichstag. There is an historical argument that Germany sought war in 1914 because it was a way to deal with social tensions - to focus on nationalism and not on wealth inequalities that didn’t reflect talent or worth. It’s disputed - but partially convincing IMO (a lot was going on). The point is avoiding this kind of situation is a good lesson. Our tech ‘geniuses’ never show any knowledge of history at all. They’re quite glib and comfortable - and when they appear on podcasts usually steal talking points from X. If you want to avoid the straight line from Mamdani to something much worse - we can do things that make capitalism work for more people, and not enslave people in debt, make homes affordable etc. We can save capitalism from itself.

One in three of the slaves who built this country were Muslims. They were here long before the Walsh family arrived. You'd know that if you'd studied history but I know MAGA has an issue with studying. Oh, and I am guessing you don't count slaves as people, or Americans.

Communism provides a historical finality; it's the light at the end of the tunnel, it will for AI as it did the factory worker. Catholicism offers a prospective history too, it's not communicated well by its current clergy.
If AI prognosticators are right that all jobs are going away, people will be idle, living off the ‘benevolence’ of the government, while the owners of the technology enjoy unreal opulence - then Mamdani is the tip of the iceberg. Totally lopsided societies breed Lenins.
If you think this is ridiculous then you probably can understand the underlying theology rejecting the use of barrier contraceptives by the Catholic Church.
I’m still baffled that modern humans actually fell for this “science.”

It's the funniest thing to see Trump mogging these guys.
WATCH: Trump asked, “Where is the UK?” Starmer raised his hand. Trump called him to the stage, making him think he was going to speak. Starmer approached the podium. “It’s nice that you’re here,” Trump said, then sent him back, offending Starmer.

🇮🇱 🇮🇷 NETANYAHU: IRAN COULD SOON TARGET U.S. CITIES WITH NUKES “Iran is developing intercontinental ballistic missiles with an 8,000 km range. Add another 3,000 and they can target New York City, Washington, Boston, Miami, Mar-a-Lago. That’s a great danger. You don’t want to be under the nuclear gun of people who chant death to America.” Source: @RT_com
The Church teaching on illegal immigration is not clear. We need the Holy Father to address what it means to have moral immigration. He mentions US and state of Illinois citizens. Citizenship and open borders are at odds, the Church needs to pastorally clarify.
Here’s the video of the Pope responding to Card. Cupich granting Sen. Richard Durbin a church honor. 10 U.S. bishops have condemned the honor, given Durbin’s record on abortion. Pope Leo does not seem disturbed by the honor. Video: EWTN.

It only takes a limited gov to guarantee free speech for everyone...or is it the biggest gov ever created?
By all accounts, the government didn't kill Charlie Kirk. Conversely, the government is now on a retribution rampage punishing disfavored political speech. So yes, the latter is a far more clear-cut violation of the First Amendment
The left would stop insisting that transgender females are indeed females, they could keep their line about white men being the most prone to shoot a place up.
