Shortly after this photo was taken, my life would be altered in an unimaginable way. 31 December 1997 New Sanno Hotel Tokyo, Japan A twenty-eight year secret investigation based upon false, and legally uncontested allegations made by @RealNCIS In 2022, I would arrive on the Naval Station Yokosuka, Japan, with my Navy Commander spouse and two teenage children I would be “gifted” situational awareness that I had been the subject of a secret investigation for twenty-eight years by a Navy JAG Building up to this confirmation, I would begin to notice that I am constantly stalked by the same group of undercover human sources I became suspicious and began sleuthing around to discover what was happening to me. I started contacting people from my past, asking them if they had ever heard anyone spreading false rumors about me The woman on the right in this photo is Kaoko, she was my friend, and my date on this evening in 1997. We were both twenty-three years old A few months after this photo was taken in 1997, I would become annoyed with Kaoko’s behavior that would swing between flirting one week, then the following week, she would re-establish boundaries At twenty-three years old, single, and exhausted from her mixed messages and erratic behavior, I ghosted her She continued to call my phone and arrive unannounced to my Navy barracks apartment; I maintained my commitment to solitude, and never saw her again In 2022, I texted Kaoko, and a few other women from 1997. The other women would respond to my texts and reported nothing useful; Kaoko never responded A few weeks later, NCIS activists would escort Kaoko and her American husband into the base gym in Yokosuka, Japan, and for eight months, five days a week, for two hours each day, she and her nervous husband would stalk me During this eight month period, “someone” would attach an Apple Air Tag onto my van one day, and track me back to my base apartment and where my wife worked. I protested to one of the “undercover” NCIS agents about this, then suddenly Kaoko’s husband was never seen in the gymnasium again After eight months of NCIS using their electronic surveillance to predict and organize ambush designs, allowing them to design and deploy Kaoko to manufacture personalized encounters; inside and outside the gymnasium, on and off the Navy base, (NCIS would even deploy her sister to walk past me in Yokohama one evening), I maintained my guarded posture and ignored her and she eventually disappeared The last time I would see Kaoko in 2022, would be after NCIS activists had laundered their smears and had me fired after one week of employment from the Navy Base Hospital. I returned to the base gym. Kaoko would be escorted in one last time to stand a few feet in front of me silently smiling, with a phalanx of undercover NCIS agent activists, this is a NCIS victory lap Keep in mind, Kaoko was never touched by me, never even victimized with vulgar language With the exception of me ghosting her, why is Kaoko so motivated to partner with NCIS to destroy me? Walked into the Chuze gym in Mandarin, Florida this morning, and a try-hard was posted up waiting for me to take my position so he could chat me up. I made him wait… Instead of leaving, I made my way over to hear what nonsense he had to say. I took my position on the stationary bicycle, where everyday since arriving there, I have made this my permanent perch for many reasons; flushing out vigilante try-hards and watching their surveillance overlap is one. Mixed into this Goblin’s poorly scripted nonsensical meanderings, two veiled threats were passed eventually. 1. Purchase a weapon. (4th time they’ve attempted to use their Goblins to “nudge” me in three months to achieve this operational goal). 2. Retire from nursing permanently. After “investigating” me for twenty-eight years and failing to discover a crime or entrap me, why would these individuals who are separated 1° from their law enforcement handler (@fdlepio @FBIJacksonville @TeamSJSO ?) encourage me to arm myself? Why would the members of a loosely regulated, clandestine law enforcement vigilante group funded by the @TheJusticeDept and largely ignored by @JusticeOIG @SenAshleyMoody @SenRickScott @RepRutherfordFL endeavor to encourage me to purchase a firearm for the first time in my life? Why indeed? I know all too well that accidents happen. I also know that many of the accidents I’ve been plagued with for the last twenty-eight years were entanglements designed by these vigilantes. Reported, ignored by oversight. Just before leaving for Yokosuka base in Japan, there had been several attempts made to sabotage those orders. Beginning with a Federal employee overseas screening gate keeper, attempted to sabotage my spouses orders by falsely claiming one of my children were “exceptional” and disqualified to go to Japan was circumvented. Next, I was stalked and ambushed in a supermarket one eventing. A “conflict entrapment” design was deployed when one of their undercover vigilantes strolled up to me, locked onto my shopping cart, lowered his back, and attempted to rip my cart away from me while howling, “you stole my cart…this guy is a fucking cart thief!” I was supposed to put hands on him and take a felony charge and be de-screened to accompany my spouse to Japan. Finally, what I believe was their final attempt. An NCIS operation, intended to achieve this goal and have our family permanently disqualified from fulfilling the deployment orders to Yokosuka. One afternoon, “someone” traveling south on State Road 13 crossed the center line and drove directly at my wife who was traveling northbound and forced her to swerve into the south bound lane into oncoming traffic. This might sound crazy, this is who these people are. Retired police and former military (mostly), clandestinely being given intelligence, then joy sticked by active law enforcement leadership to do terrible things to unsuspecting people for “good reasons”. While living on the Yokosuka Navy base, there were several times our base quarters were secretly searched, and couch cushions and other items purposely left out of place, I’ve become conditioned to anticipate secret search warrants being issued when we leave our house unattended. What are “investigators” looking for? Broad and sweeping searches. Could be anything. Or maybe, uploading illegal content onto my home PC? Placing or removing surveillance equipment? A target never really knows. That’s how secret vigilante investigations operate. Pencils-down, off the oversight grid.

This past weekend we left Jacksonville and drove to Tampa to see my daughter. Before leaving the house by the garage, I propped this sandal with a metal tag against the door. When I returned to Jacksonville at 1:30am I strolled up to my door and this is what I discovered. Why do I do this? “Investigation”

The anatomy of a @realNCIS hit job. Found in a box. My sabotaged promotion appeal to Bupers from 2001 Why did I personally submit the appeal? A recruited NCIS gatekeeper named “Ray” (a retired Navy Senior Chief running the advancement program for MCRD & ASW in San Diego, in 2001) and my command Master Chief, would conspire with an NCIS Agent named Pugh to sabotage my promotion. Both of these men went out of there way and altered my promotion worksheet to sabotage my Navy promotion by erasing my award points. After reviewing my advancement application, I circled the discrepancy. When I received my advancement scoresheet, together with the notification that I had been passed over for promotion, I could see the feint pencil marks I had previously made that had been erased by Ray. Incensed by this, I went to Ray’s office to protest what he had done. Ray assured me I was mistaken and maybe I’d have better luck next time. As I recall, Ray wouldn’t even get up from his chair to review my scoresheet, he left me standing at a counter uninterested in the evidence I held in my hand. Before I returned to my office, Ray had called my MasterChief who then appeared in my office and gave me a direct order to stay away from Ray. “Ray is not going to submit your appeal, do it yourself”. This corrupt Master Chief would take one more shot at me for NCIS before being discharged. The Master Chief would bring false charges against me one week before I was discharged from the Navy. Luckily I was informed by a Filipino Chief who liked me, he said, “the (Filipino Mafia) has your number and they want your GI Bill Education Benefits. No matter what, don’t say anything, they setting you up, they’re going to make you angry so you’ll say something they can use for a UCMJ charge”. I attended their disciplinary board, they cursed me, insulted me, mocked me, antagonized me, and did everything they could to have me respond. I said nothing. Officer in Charge dismissed the charges. One week later, I was honorably discharged from the Navy. I got to keep my GI Bill. Or so I thought. Once discharged from the Navy I began Nursing School. NCIS had been running entrapment shit snares against me there too. As a civilian. No military affiliation whatsoever. Not married to or even going near Navy bases. But NCIS won’t let go and just like all the other failed attempts to lure me into a criminal charge failed, so too was this pattern of ridiculous memories evidenced in nursing school. Once I graduated from Nursing school, I approached the VA benefit officer at San Deigo City College to ask how much money/education credits I had left, he said, “nothing, you used all of it”. I had no reason to not believe him. In those days these exchanges were done face to face at an office. I didn’t know I was under investigation and NCIS Agents in San Diego were busy capturing gatekeepers to damage me. I would pay for my bachelors degree out of pocket forfeiting thousands of dollars. With advancements in online technology, I would discover the VA benefit advisor had lied to me and stole my VA Education benefits for no apparent reason. In 2022, I would discover he did this on behalf of NCIS who were still secretly investigating me twenty-five years later, and my spouse, and my children. Funny. Looking back at my Navy career just before @RealNCIS began secretly turning the screws on me. NCIS Story time. Military Service Member appreciation day at Jack Murphy Stadium, San Diego, CA, 2000 After the Friday afternoon baseball game, a Navy officer invited everyone back to his residence for an after party. In retrospect, I have realized, NCIS had been secretly dirtying me up back then. I am being shunned by my coworkers, isolated, and my Navy career/promotion is being sabotaged by NCIS investigator vigilantes on MCRD, San Diego After a while, I decide to leave. I begin looking for the Navy officer to thank him and say goodbye. I asked if anyone had seen him? One sailor informed me he saw him go down the hallway. I walked down the hallway and I heard his voice and music coming from behind a door. I opened the door and poked my head in to look around the room. I see the Navy Officer facing me, sitting in a chair, with his legs cracked wide open, with one of my junior enlisted coworkers on her knees giving him oral sex. She doesn’t see me, I slowly back out, and quietly close the door and go home. Six years later, (2006), I am out of the Navy, married to a Navy Officer, I am oblivious that NCIS is still secretly hunting me in San Diego and using this former female Navy coworker as bait against me. She would partner with NCIS on more than one occasion, (three times), and attempt to joy stick me into mischief. The last time I saw her, I intuitively felt something was wrong. She just popped up out of thin air and contacted me while my wife was deployed in Iraq. We weren’t that close when we worked together. Friendly, but not close. The things she had been saying and doing seemed scripted, rehearsed. I sensed treachery, so to throw her off balance, I carefully unpacked this memory and told her what I had seen that afternoon in the condo in 2000. She was shocked by what I was telling her, embarrassed, a visible tremor observed at her fingertips. She hadn’t seen me from behind and the Navy officer must not have told her what he knew. After that disclosure, i never saw her again. 10 years later, NCIS in Jacksonville, Florida, would receive my (20 year old secret investigative file, 2016). A plot to directly launder their scripted event from 2006 involving this woman, that suddenly and inexplicably fell apart, is redeployed. Using a subordinate Navy Officer working for my wife in Jacksonville, one day, he approached my wife (his supervisor) and stated, “I know a secret about your husband”. I didn’t know this Goblin but he’s forcing this interaction by name dropping to present his credentials and force the conversation. What was the purpose of this “investigative” design? Domestic disruption as always. A clandestine operation to damage my marriage. This is what a 28 year long “weaponized” NCIS investigations looks like. Always clandestine, repeating, personal and professional sabotage designs, profiting from their own failed scripted events, using their own informants to discredit and smear targets. Interestingly, this female informant was deployed when I had been discharged from the Navy, and I hadn’t been married to anyone in the military. NCIS were off the reservation trying to criminally and ethically entangle me in 2001. Twenty-eight years of secret investigative malpractice and still no accusations or crimes committed by me.
