Dear Election Commission of India,
For the following compelling reasons, I urge you not to conduct General Elections for the Bihar State Assembly, and instead declare BJP as the winner of the Bihar Assembly Election upon the expiry of the current Assembly’s tenure in October/November 2025:
1. Massive Voter Deletion: The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) has reportedly removed 65 lakh voters from Bihar’s electoral rolls👇. This significant disenfranchisement undermines the democratic process and raises concerns about the integrity of the electorate.
2. Vote-Buying with Public Funds: On the eve of elections, Prime Minister Modi transferred Rs. 7,500 crore of public funds👇. This provided Rs. 10,000 to each of 75 lakh women in Bihar, effectively mass bribing approximately 3 crore voters (assuming an average of four voters per family). This blatant misuse of public resources constitutes an assault on free and fair elections.
3. Orchestrated Communal Polarisation: The Sangh Parivar, allegedly in cahoots with their Muslim allies, has a history of stoking communal tensions to consolidate its voter base, particularly during electoral challenges. The ongoing "I Love Muhammad" campaign and its orchestrated backlash, the "I Love Mahadev" campaign, prominently active in BJP-ruled states, appear calculated to inflame religious polarisation ahead of the Bihar polls. Given the universal devotion to the Prophet among Muslims, the timing of this
#ILoveMuhammad campaign is suspicious and likely designed to polarise and manipulate Hindu voters in favour of the BJP.
Conducting elections under these circumstances would be futile and waste significant public funds as electoral match fixing in favour of the BJP in Bihar has already happened.
Sincerely,
M. Nageswara Rao, IPS (Retired)
