Great! Is it also smoke and fire proof? If not then it’s almost useless.

Why not.? Stop sending money to foreign countries and it would be easily afforded

Doesn’t work well when the shooter is already in the classroom

This is a sensible idea. Evil will always exist. The next installation should be a gun wall that folds down and is fully stocked.

It's sad we even have to consider this a viable option 😪

Train and arm selected teachers in each school building. Take away the soft target

That's pretty slick. Now make it mandatory for school resource officers in All schools, and lock external doors during school hours.

It'd be cheaper to make the existing door and wall bulletproof.

When I was a kid, all we worried about was not having air conditioning in the classrooms. Today, the kids have to worry about getting shot up. The world has changed so much. 😔

🤔 Good idea, but i think the design needs some adjustments.

Counterargument: Have better gun control laws. Then such things won't be necessary.

Train teachers in the use of guns & make sure they have ammo.

Those roof tiles can be pushed up. They need to rethink that design.

Put armed veterans in every school instead.

Allow schools to arm and gun-train their personnel, and you'll stop the shootings.

Or… stop giving kids Tylenol so they won’t freak the f out so much

or get a gun

Like these fat, woke and DEI teachers could pull on that. But they would cover it in LGBTQ bullshit.

Release aerosolized, Fentanyl-Midazolam gas into the entire school complex. It would be faster and more humane. A White Board Panic Room. In the time it took for her to open it, all of her students would be gone and she’s a sitting duck. 🦆

Arm the teacher. It’s cheaper and would be far more effective.

Hire retired vets as armed guards as well. We protect banks with armed guards, but not the future generations.

Just a single chest plate can cost over $100. @grok Estimate the cost of putting this in EVERY classroom.

I can see two problems, what if the shooter just set a fire near or the surround gabs that the walls slides on and sufficats everyone? Also Tile roof, which means it is a open space for wiring and venting, just need a way to get up their using near by desk and chairs.

Just put electronic door locks on all the exterior doors, this would automatically lock when the door is closed, they would freely open from then inside. Most of the school shooters didn't break into the schools, they just walked in through unlocked or open doors.

So just slide a desk over stand on it and peak over it through the easily removable ceiling panels?
