So Judges supersede the elected POTUS of this Republic? & it must be noted that the Antideficiency Act (a LAW) prohibits Federal Agencies from spending or obligating funds in excess of what is appropriated by Congress. & the Contingency Reserve does not have enough to cover the HUGE recent increase to SNAP Recipients.
