Does anyone know if it's possible for Minecraft to support higher bit seeds than just 64 bit? How fundamental is that number as a limit?
Also yes I'm doing the True Scale of Minecraft lol
Yea, they use 64-bit seeds. A minimum value of -9223372036854775808 and a max of 9223372036854775807. You could probably change the games code to make it support 128-bit seeds, which'll let you have 340282366920938463463374607431768211456 seeds
