Followed all World Cups since 1954, but the one I enjoyed most was 1966. Went to all of the games at Goodison Park and the final at Wembley.
98 partly but 2002 I don't remember missing any action,I was in Grade 9 ...first game was on Friday 31st May (France-Senegal)then on Monday 3rd morning as we report to school we were informed that school is closed for Grade 9 & 8 for winter holiday 💕💕💕😀😀😀😀
I have blurred memory of the 2006 world cup although i only watched the final at a Barber shop not far from where I’m living. You see that 2010 world i watched it and for me it is the best world cup I’ve watched although i did not watched the final.

Korea Japan! But I felt the 2010 South Africa World Cup deep in my soul. The feeling was everything maybe cos it was hosted in Africa and every soundtrack was a banger.
We passed around video tapes of 86 but 90 was the 1st one I "watched" & even then it was very very difficult to get access to live matches. A hundred of us packed into a tiny Italian bar/restaurant watching 1 30" screen in the corner.
