@airvistara As a result, customer is put on dilemma, as to if the ticket has really been cancelled? Customer care says that since I booked ticket through Cleartrip, airlines would inform Cleartrip only and not the customer.
@airvistara What is the secret in that, I don’t understand. Whereas Indigo provided the acknowledgment in the past in same situation. It’s discouraging to take vistara flight henceforth.
@airvistara It’s my money, I was asked by Vistara to contact Vistara directly for cancellation and why I will not be given an acknowledgment directly for my conversation with vistara. Their website also does not show , when I check with PNR, that ticket has been cancelled.
