He’s a complete liability, offers literally nothing

Wirtz getting bullied by Foden. All jokes aside, Liverpool made the wrong decision going for him.

Manchester City ⭐ Best Player so far: Erling Haaland 🆕 Signing of the Season: Donnarumma 🔥 Best Game so far: 3-0 Liverpool / 3-0 Manchester United 📈 Most Improved: Matheus Nunes ⚙️ Biggest Improvement area: Defending ⚠️ Our Weakness: set pieces ⚽ Goal of the Season (so far) : Doku VS Liverpool 🎯 Most Underrated Player: Josko Gvardiol
a REAL captain.
Pep Guardiola: “Bernardo was struggling last season, BUT HE WAS THERE! Every. Single. Game. Exhausted; after fifty-sixty minutes, he could not run one minute. In certain moments, he said ‘I’m drained...’ It was defeats and defeats. But he was there. I said many times to the players and to him, ‘that will NOT be forgotten!’ Gundo was there, and many players were there. That’s why he’s my captain. Because in the bad moments, he proved… He has been an incredible signing for us.”

It’s crazy that Nico O’Reilly isn’t even a natural LB & Nunes isn’t a natural RB, yet both are top 3 in the league in those positions. Pep’s a genius.
Nunes ، dias , gvardiol , oreilly vs Liverpool All Defensive Actions 🧱

La Masia gave Nico G the fundamentals, and Pep refined every detail. His growth under Pep has been unreal. His positioning, awareness, control, all on another level now. Honestly, it’s not a stretch to call him one of the best midfielders in the world right now. He’s been running our midfield on his own since October.
Nico Gonzalez is nuts ffs what the hell do these wingers and midfielders get fed in La Masia?

All of them were outstanding. Honestly can’t choose. Nico G bossed the midfield. Nico O’Reilly had Salah in his pocket and was amazing going forward. Nunes tore apart Wirtz and was good in buildup. 10/10 from all 3
Most impressive yesterday?

Look at Haaland here, the movement, the awareness. He’s checking where the Liverpool defenders are, how they’re positioned, keeping an eye on the line. This is why he hasn’t been caught offside once this season. Hes levels above everyone else.

Yeah, the summer transfer window has set Liverpool back at least two seasons. There was no real plan whatsoever, they just seemed to target players who were already on other clubs radars. The move for Wirtz made 0 sense, and the fee they paid only made things ten times harder. They should’ve waited until next season, could’ve got him on a free. Signing both Isak and Ekitike was pointless, they only needed one, and I’d have gone for Ekitike. Kerkez wasn’t a bad signing in theory, but he’s been a complete liability so far. We still need to see more from Frimpong. The only real hit from that window was Mamardashvili.

Why are they crying tho?? They act like they don’t always get an extra 10 minutes to find a goal when they’re losing.
We didn’t deserve the win today but this needs to be looked at, Michael Oliver shouldn’t be anywhere near a city game ever

I’m actually happy John has said this. In other words, he’s saying Manchester City are back.
Weird lack of atmosphere at the Etihad. Like City are strolling past Burnley, not Liverpool
