1/ Please, your company is a well respected and fundamental one when it comes to the development of AI. I kindly ask you look into what is currently happening with OpenAI which is a far cry from anything that inspires trust. User have been asking for answers for months

2/ and no such thing was provided. We are paying for a subscription that has no meaning when the access to the product we select is shadely taken away by an automatic re-routing that we have not given consent to nor given explanation about. Consumers trust is constantly breached.
