15-year-old Ivan was injured in a russian drone attack on Kyiv. After waking up to the explosion, Ivan, his mother and their dog tried to escape the smoke-filled stairwell. He managed to open a window and call for help, but his mother was trapped under the rubble🧵

russia intentionally blew up the wind turbines in Kramatorsk. They polluted rivers and the Black Sea. If you care about the environment then look at what russia is doing to Ukraine.

Right now in Ukraine, millions are without power. People can’t heat their homes or cook food. This would be inconceivable in any other European country but for some reason, we accept this as normal. It’s not. Sanctions on russia need to quadruple, today

Sickening🤬 "A new investigation by @Textyorgua_Eng reveals how russia takes orphaned Ukrainian kids from occupied territories, places them into military cadet schools and "patriotic" camps, and raises them to fight for the very army that destroyed their homes and families."
The city of Myrnohrad, where fighting is currently taking place. The city was almost completely destroyed by the Russian army. Now it's empty, ruins and graves are everywhere. Putin and Lavrov call this "help for the people of Donbas."

Horrific images from Volchansk, destroyed by the russians. The city has no streets, houses, shops, pharmacies, trees, birds, or people left – it is dead and will most likely never be rebuilt. The “international organizations” are traditionally silent, as if nothing has happened. UN Secretary-General António Guterres thanked Qatar yesterday for hosting the 2nd World Summit on Social Development. t.me/MirovichMedia/13281

There are a lot of train delays, power outage schedules all over Ukraine. Millions of people lived through a sleepless night with explosions and terror.
❗️Massive Russian missile and drone attack on Ukraine tonight. Many Ukrainian regions are under attack. A very large number of Russian ballistic and aeroballistic missiles tonight. The air raid alert continues. 📹: in Dnipro, a residential building was hit by Russia. Rescuers saved a girl from the building. Her mom was evacuated, as well, rescuers are looking for her dad/Suspilne

🇺🇦 Nobel laureate Oleksandra Matviichuk @avalaina speaks my mind too: “It seems we’ve already said to the world everything we could over these years. We presented arguments, told stories, explained meanings. And truly, we’ve repeated the important things so many times that I long ago caught myself thinking I’ve grown tired of myself in this role. But that’s an illusion. Every time I work in yet another country, I see many people who simply never heard our messages. And if the Bible repeats the same truths for millennia, then we must go to the people and speak. The war has not only a military dimension but also a cognitive one. In the end, this war was caused by a specific idea—that Russia, as a “God-chosen civilization,” has the right to invade other states, kill people, destroy their identity, kidnap children, and re-educate them as Russians. I have 8 countries ahead in two weeks, three of them in Asia. Because our fatigue does not define us.” #StandWithUkraine

Ukraine is the largest country in Europe and millions of people are without electricity, heat or gas. In the future, Europeans should look back on this time as the greatest shame that this was allowed to happen. Russia shoots down planes over our skies, poison people on UK soil and launch hybrid disinformation warfare online. Now is the time to realise it is at war with everyone and fight back.

russia attacks children – russia has no moral boundaries, emphasized @ZelenskyyUa at the Brussels summit, citing russia's recent attack of a kindergarten in Kharkiv. 3 strike drones hit the building while 48 children were inside. russia is utterly depraved.

Russian troops executed five civilians in Donetsk region, on October 20. A couple and their two sons were hiding from shelling when Russian soldiers stormed in, demanding information about Ukrainian forces. After receiving no answers, one soldier shot the unarmed civilians — killing the father and elder son instantly, then the younger son and two neighbors nearby. The wounded mother escaped to Ukrainian-controlled territory.

Today russia killed a 6-month-old baby. A baby that was born during the war and died during the war. I don’t even know how to describe this feeling anymore, it’s like every fucking day we read the same news, and every time it hits just as hard. Along with the baby, a 38-year-old woman and a 12-year-old girl were also killed. They lived in the village of Pohreby, Kyiv region. Their bodies were found in the ashes of their home, burned, after a Russian attack set it on fire.
