That however did not prevent the levelling of ALL the history in the entire block for grade level carparking - in which state it sat for nearly two decades, with the western portion of the site eventually given over to Telecom Australia for their new phone exchange in 1978.
Not a fan with hindsight, I actually encountered #Microdrive first professionally in the Telecom Australia (ICL made) Computerphone which was based on the #SinclairQL , though good to see innovation at the time. Unreliable and pretty slow ! #RetroComputing#ComputerHistory
