Every day I make it a goal to talk to a couple customers, in an authentic conversation to understand what they are building, what their biggest pain points have been, and what they've been enjoying the most. These simple conversations has led to great product improvements on our end as well as improving our DX consistently. It's too easy to focus too much on external advocacy. At Appwrite, we focus more on the internal side, but still making room for the latter. A good balance of this goes a long way :)
