It's really weird that OTK sent Mizkif a letter of termination and repurchase on November 6, 2023 but then never actually terminated him. The wording is a bit unclear as it refers to "terminating engagement with..." and then later it refers to termination of ownership agreement. I'm not sure if these would be the same? I would need to see the original OTK First Notice letter. The defamation part all seems pretty weak, he literally did follow through on the "blackmail" they accused him of with the rabbits and he basically admitted to every claim in his video adding small amounts of context. Pretty sure he is cooked.
