You were incredible. Authoritative, constructive and inspirational. your opening remarks were the highlight of the launch. Thank YOU.
Tonight I have the joy of delivering opening remarks at @ThebeIkalafeng's book launch, and I couldn’t be prouder. His storytelling is truth, legacy and beauty combined. So proud of this incredible milestone! #Leadership #NozizweMulela
I facilitated a conversation between two remarkable leaders of the two most important brands and businesses in Africa, that I really admire, the group chief executives of @MTNGroup and @StandardBankZA Ralph Mupita and Sim Tshabalala for the latest latest episode of The MTN Y’ello Chair. Fascinating how Ralph and Sim reflected on the power of staying anchored in organisational values—even when the stakes are high and the world is wide, wild, and wonderfully unpredictable. One of my favourite parts of the over 60 minutes conversation was learning about their adventures and playlists. This for me, is really a masterclass on running successful businesses across the African continent. I was honoured to be with you and your team. Thank YOU PS. Til next time let's continue to build a better Kenya and ultimately, a better Africa together.
Attended a profound knowledge session with a select Team from @ForeignOfficeKE on Public communication. We reflected deeply on what it means to communicate Kenya’s foreign policy with clarity, unity, and courage. To think wider about how we deliver for the Kenyan people, and to act with an awareness of the crises, opportunities, and shifting tides of our geopolitical moment. Grateful to my friend, PR Guru, @GinaDinKariuki for curating this encounter and to my new brother and Africa’s Master Brand Builder @ThebeIkalafeng for challenging us to see our work not just as service, but as stewardship of Kenya’s story, its dignity, and its place in the world.

Everyone has a plan for Africa, but Africa doesn’t have a plan for itself.
Kenya’s history will be incomplete without Raila Odinga. He picked up the baton from his father, Jaramogi Oginga Odinga, Kenya’s first Vice President and a founding father who championed freedom, justice, and equality. Like him, Raila suffered for a better and more democratic Kenya, enduring detention and disappointment yet never abandoning the dream of a freer nation. His imprint is indelibly woven into the post-colonial constitution that emerged from the ashes of the 2007–08 crisis. He sought the presidency five times, but never let the absence of office stop him from serving his people. Flawed, like all of us, but driven by conviction, courage, and good intentions. That’s the Raila I know personally and by reputation. That's the Raila Kenya and Africa is indebted to and will sorely miss. As President @williamsamoeiruto described him: "A beacon of courage, tower of principle and the father of the nation." Rest in peace, Mzee Raila Amolo Odinga.

South Africa (#28) and Egypt (#32) are only two African countries among Top 50 Most Powerful countries in the world. If we realized and leveraged our contributions to the world as a continent, we'd naturally dominate this list. That's why Jacque Chirac is repudiated for hVe said, "Without Africa, France will be a third-world country."

I spend so much time on flights; and where I have a choice I always fly African airlines. None made the list. As we reclaim the African economy and break borders, I hope the one thing we do as well is reclaim the skies as well.
