There is an answer to this --it's regional or sociological or some such thing. But it VARIES. Like Costner, I grew up w "Let's play catch" & nothing else. "Have a catch" sounds ridiculous, even creepy. I accept that "have a catch people" exist. Fine. But leave "play catch" alone.

Hope Nats & fans remember what they have in Rizzo. He inherited 102-loss team. Last 11 years, .559 --90.6-win pace & 154 games over .500 . Rebuilt WS winner w/out Harper. Rizzo has 6 teams > .525 in last 10 yrs while Wiz have 4 .525 teams since 1979. Straight shooter & winner.

Nat OPS is a decent .710, same as MLB avg. That should produce about MLB avg of 4.42 r/g. Instead, Nats stink: 3.77 (28th).
Castro, Robles, Harrison, Avila, Mercer: 6 HR/739 AB. Soto slugging blah .432.
